Mandy Conner is the founder of Conner Law Group, a Georgia law firm focused on estate planning, probate and estate administration, probate litigation, special needs planning, guardianship matters, and tax-related legal concerns. She works with individuals, families, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries throughout Georgia to navigate both proactive planning and complex transitions with thoughtful guidance and practical solutions.

Mandy’s practice combines estate and fiduciary planning with experience involving probate disputes, tax matters, and fiduciary administration. Her background includes experience with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she worked on tax-related matters involving federal tax law and compliance issues. She also previously served as a student attorney with the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at Georgia State University College of Law, where she assisted individuals navigating IRS-related matters and tax controversies. During law school, she received the highest pro bono distinction in recognition of her commitment to public service.

Her practice today reflects the intersection of these experiences, particularly where estate planning, probate administration, fiduciary obligations, and tax considerations overlap. Mandy regularly assists clients with estate planning strategies tailored to family dynamics and long-term goals, probate and estate administration proceedings, probate litigation and inheritance disputes, fiduciary matters, special needs planning, and tax-sensitive estate and trust concerns.

Before founding Conner Law Group, Mandy gained experience in both private practice and government-related legal work involving tax and fiduciary matters. She founded the firm with the goal of creating a modern, client-centered practice focused on thoughtful representation, accessibility, and long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.

Mandy assists clients throughout Georgia, including Cumming, Forsyth County, Fulton County, Ellijay, and the North Metro Atlanta area. Many consultations and client meetings are available by Zoom for convenience and accessibility.
